1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the okayji platform and all its services. By visiting the okayji.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

3 Age Verification

okayji is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above — this is a firm policy. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our highest priorities.

• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

okayji offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own applicable terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — your total balance will be ৳62,000.
• The bonus applies once only and is available for new members.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

• Certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the deadline, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

okayji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Through regular gaming, you can advance to a higher VIP tier.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, okayji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game on the okayji platform follows specific rules to ensure fair play. In the event of any technical error or disruption to game operations, okayji will resolve the matter through its established procedures.

6.1 Game Operation

• The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost, your game state is saved and you can continue after reconnecting.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical issue, it will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. This information is clearly displayed in the relevant game interface.

6.3 Winnings Payment

Winnings are automatically credited to your account. For unusually large wins, funds may be released after account verification is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under the names of multiple family members.
• Coordinated or artificial betting intended to gain bonus advantages ("bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting").

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by okayji

okayji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• False information regarding age.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You should withdraw your available balance before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to the balance of an inactive account — contact our support team for details.
